Partial Sales are only visible to advisors within your division or region.
🪜 Steps to Create a Partial Sale Listing
1️⃣ Start a Partial Sale
From your Dashboard, click Start a Partial Sale from the tile on the right-hand side.
Then, select Create New Partial Sale to begin.
2️⃣ Enter Production Details
Add details for the portion of your book you want to sell.
Click Next to continue.
3️⃣ Select Client Locations
Choose the state(s) where your clients in this segment are located.
Click Next to move to the next step.
4️⃣ Add a Title & Description
Enter a title and description manually, or click Generate Name & Description with AI.
We recommend generating first, then editing or expanding the text for clarity.
Note: AI generation uses only the information you provide within your listing form. It does not access or share data outside of Practice Exchange.
Click Next to continue.
5️⃣ Review and Publish
Double-check your listing details for accuracy.
Click Next to continue.
Choose:
No, Save for Later – to save a draft.
Yes, Publish – to make your listing live.
Once published, an email is automatically sent to advisors in your region or district, inviting them to view and express interest.
👀 Viewing Your Partial Sales
All Partial Sale listings — whether you’ve expressed interest as a buyer or created them as a seller — can be viewed on the Partial Sales Listings page.
Hover over My Profile in the top menu.
Select My Partial Sales from the dropdown.
You can review, edit, or unpublish your listings anytime.
