To learn more about a Financial Advisor within the list, click on their name or within their row to open their User Drawer. The User Drawer contains details about each Financial Advisor in the list and is where Match Pool Exceptions are made.

There are four different tabs within the User Drawer, beginning with the Overview.

In the Overview tab, there is information about the Financial Advisor that has been provided by the enterprise which is seen under the “Enterprise Supplied” section. When a Financial Advisor becomes a user, there will be a “User Supplied” section of the same fields which has been reviewed and perhaps edited by the Financial Advisor when they created their account.

Within the Overview section, there is also a section for Manager assignments where the Financial Advisor’s manager can be chosen from a list and associated to the Financial Advisor.

Similarly, within the Details section, there are details about the Financial Advisor’s business including their revenues, number of clients, and products.

Within the Activity tab, the Financial Advisor’s activity if and when they are a user is displayed. If the Financial Advisor is not yet a user, only notes will be displayed in their activity section. User activity will begin being displayed once that Financial Advisor becomes a user and begins engaging on the Practice Exchange platform.

Within the Related tab, any other aspect of the platform that the user is connected to will be shown here. Similarly, within the Related tab, there will likely be no information unless the individual is a user. If the individual has been added to a pipeline, for example, a recruitment pipeline manually by a Manager, there may be information shown here even if they are not yet a user.

Regardless of which tab of the user drawer you are viewing, the Financial Advisor can be invited to the Practice Exchange platform by clicking “Invite”.
