The Approval Workflow is a process by which Financial Advisors who create an account on Practice Exchange are either approved or denied from the Match Pool. In essence, the Match Pool provides users with the ability to interact with other users and participate in meeting rooms.

Users who are approved to the Match Pool during the Approval Workflow can access all Practice Exchange platform features including access to the complete search functionality, creating and participating in meeting rooms, and everything a disapproved user can access.

A disapproved user can access the Valuation Tool, RJA Loan Calculator, Resources and the Catastrophic Plan Builder. They cannot start or participate in meeting rooms and they will only be able to search and connect with users who have indicated an interest in "Buying".

All users who create a profile on Practice Exchange will go through the Approval Workflow to ensure each user is reviewed before receiving full access to the Practice Exchange platform.
