In some instances, it may be necessary to remove a Match Pool Exception that has been made.
To remove a Match Pool Exception, simply reverse the steps made to make the exception.
1. Within the Advisor Inventory, search for the user whose Match Pool Exception needs to be removed by name.
2. Then, open their user drawer by clicking their name or within the row.
3. In the Overview tab, click the checked checkbox to remove the Match Pool Exception.
4. You will see a popup labeled “Remove Exception” where you will provide a reason for removing the exception.
5. Click “Remove Match Pool Exception” to confirm. You will see a popup informing you that the user has been updated and the previously checked checkbox will now be unchecked, showing the Match Pool Exception has been removed.
The individual who removed the exception as well as the reason for action will be recorded in the advisor’s activity feed.
