The User Drawer contains details about each user seen in the list you’re viewing and where their related Deal Rooms or Catastrophic Plan Builder can be accessed. Within the User Drawer, there is information about the user’s activity on Practice Exchange, details held within their profile, and notes that have been added about that user by other Administrators.

To learn more about a user within the list, click on their name or within their row to open their User Drawer.

There are four different tabs within the User Drawer, beginning with the Overview.

In the Overview tab, there is information about the user that has been provided by the enterprise which is seen under the “Enterprise Supplied” section and information that the user has confirmed or provided within the signup process in the “User Supplied” section.

Within the Overview section, there is also a section for Manager assignments where the user’s manager can be chosen from a list and associated to the user.

Similarly within the Details section, there are details about the user’s business including their revenues, number of clients and products.

Within the Activity tab, the user’s activity is displayed, including their number of web sessions, the date of their last session, the number of profiles they have viewed, the number of times their profile has been viewed, and more. In this tab, Administrators can leave notes about the user that can be seen by other Administrators.

Within the Related tab, any other aspect of the platform that the user is connected to will be shown here. For example, if the user has been added to a pipeline, has an active Deal Room or is active in the Catastrophic Plan Builder, it will be shown in the Related tab.
