FindBob's 'Motivation Report' area will provide details on your users based on the specified motivation. It is available in the 'Reports' > 'Effectivity Reports' menu item.

The page displays summary data by user motivation, and two visualizations, followed by a table. You can switch between motivations by selecting it in the 'Motivation' drop-down menu.

Transition Goals Pie Chart: Each slice of the pie represents the transition goal combinations selected by each of the filtered users.

Table: Each row shows you each of the unique users that fit the criteria provided by the filters. In addition to firmographic information such as branch, division, region, AUM, gross production and valuation, the table also provides information on the Meeting Rooms that the user is participating in.
