Executing the NDA

The NDA is blind which means it does not contain any of your information. Your selected candidates will need to execute the NDA on their end first, then send it back to you for you to execute it as well.

You'll receive an email letting you know when a candidate has signed the NDA and has sent it back for you to execute.

To execute the NDA, click the button in the email which will take you to Practice Exchange. Make sure you're signed in.

If the email does not take you to the NDA stage in the Meeting Room, follow these steps to get there:

  1. Go to "Meeting Rooms" in the top menu;

  2. Select the Meeting Room you'd like to access;

  3. Go to the "Execute NDAs" tab;

  4. You'll find the NDAs you need to execute under "Awaiting your Signature";

  5. Click "Review & Sign NDA" to get started.

You'll notice the NDA has already been executed by your candidate. At this point, you'll be able to see their information, like name and business address, within the NDA.

To execute the NDA on your end, ensure you fill out all required fields:

  1. Your full name

  2. City and state

  3. Business address (including zip code)

  4. Full name and business title

  5. Signature

After you've completed all blank fields, submit the executed NDA.

You can download the NDA at any time by clicking on the "Download NDA" button located within each of your candidates profile cards, who are shown in the "Completed" section of the "Execute NDAs" tab.

Go to the next step > Negotiating

Or, see Meeting Room Overview for more Meeting Room related support.
