Inviting users to your Meeting Room

Now is the time for you to review your matches and invite the candidates you are interested in speaking with to your Meeting Room. You’ll see a list of Practice Exchange users within your respective Raymond James affiliate on this page. They have complementary businesses to your own and are ranked based on the match preferences you previously selected.

To see a candidate’s profile, click on their light blue profile headline or “View Details”.

Their profile drawer will pop out of the side of your screen for you to view their profile.

If you have many candidates and want to narrow your choices down to a select few, you can shortlist a candidate by clicking the "Save" button in the top-right corner of their match card. Shortlisting a candidate will not result in an email or notification being sent to that user and is for your reference only.

You can go to the “Saved” tab to view all the candidates you shortlisted and to make your final selections from there.

FAs in your Rolodex can be seen under the "Rolodex" tab. These FAs can also be invited to your Meeting Room, in addition to the matches that were suggested to you.

See this article "Adding Advisors to Your Rolodex" to learn how to add users to your Rolodex so they appear in your Meeting Room.

If you would like to invite an advisor to your Meeting Room, click the “Invite” button located to the top-right of their user card or profile drawer. Once you click “Invite to Deal”, that user will be notified by email.

Inviting a user to your Meeting Room will allow them to see your business teaser, submit an expression of interest and provide responses to any of the discovery questions you selected when building your Meeting Room. Now you must wait for a response from the candidates you have invited to your Meeting Room.
